This Shipping Policy explains how orders placed on www.innmela.com (“Website”) are processed, shipped, and delivered.

By placing an order with INNMELA, you agree to the terms outlined below.


1. Order Processing

  • Orders are processed after successful order confirmation.

  • Processing time depends on product availability and seller readiness.

  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays may be processed on the next working day.

  • INNMELA reserves the right to cancel orders due to stock issues, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.


2. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges, if applicable, are displayed at checkout.

  • Shipping fees may vary based on:

    • Product

    • Seller

    • Delivery location

    • Order value

  • Eligible products may show Free Shipping on the product page.


3. Delivery Timeline

  • Estimated delivery time is shown on the product page or at checkout.

  • Timelines are approximate and not guaranteed.

  • Delays may occur due to logistics issues, weather, holidays, or other unforeseen events.

INNMELA shall not be liable for delays beyond reasonable control.


4. Delivery Locations

  • We currently deliver to selected serviceable PIN codes in India.

  • Delivery availability depends on courier partner coverage.

  • Orders to non-serviceable areas may be cancelled and refunded.


5. Shipment Tracking

  • Tracking details (if available) will be shared via SMS, email, WhatsApp, or dashboard.

  • Customers are responsible for monitoring shipment status.


6. Delivery Attempts

  • Courier partners will attempt delivery at the provided address.

  • If the customer is unavailable, re-delivery may be attempted as per courier rules.

  • Incorrect or incomplete address may cause delivery failure.

INNMELA is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect customer information.


7. Cash on Delivery (COD)

For COD orders:

  • Full payment must be made at delivery.

  • INNMELA may disable COD for certain users, locations, or products.

  • Repeated COD refusals may lead to account restrictions or COD blocking.


8. RTO (Return to Origin) Policy

If a shipment is returned to origin (RTO) due to:

  • Customer refusal

  • Customer not reachable

  • Incorrect address provided by customer

  • Delivery attempts failed

Then INNMELA reserves the right to:

  • Charge re-shipping fees for re-dispatch, and/or

  • Restrict or disable Cash on Delivery for the customer, and/or

  • Recover applicable logistics costs where legally permissible.

Repeated RTO cases may result in account review or suspension.


9. High-Value Order OTP Verification

For certain high-value orders (threshold determined by INNMELA):

  • Delivery may require OTP verification at the time of delivery.

  • The OTP will be sent to the registered mobile number.

  • Orders may not be handed over without successful OTP confirmation.

If OTP verification fails, the shipment may be marked undelivered and may be returned (RTO).


10. Same-Day Delivery (Where Available)

INNMELA may offer same-day delivery on selected products and locations.

Conditions:

  • Available only for eligible PIN codes

  • Order must be placed before the displayed cut-off time

  • Subject to product and seller availability

  • May not be available on Sundays or public holidays

INNMELA reserves the right to convert same-day delivery to next-day delivery in case of operational constraints.


11. Karnataka Delivery SLA

For orders within Karnataka (where serviceable):

  • Standard delivery is typically 1–4 business days, depending on location and seller.

  • Metro and nearby regions may receive faster delivery.

  • Remote areas may require additional time.

This is an estimated Service Level Agreement (SLA) and not a guaranteed delivery commitment.


12. Partial Shipments

  • Orders with multiple items may be shipped separately.

  • Separate tracking IDs may be provided.

  • Additional shipping charges will not apply unless clearly stated.


13. Damaged Package at Delivery

If the package appears tampered, damaged, or open:

  • Refuse delivery or

  • Record clear unboxing video/photos and report immediately

Late claims may be rejected after investigation.


14. Marketplace Fulfilment

  • Some products may be shipped by third-party sellers.

  • Shipping timelines may vary by seller.

  • INNMELA facilitates the platform but may not manufacture the products.


15. Shipping Restrictions

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel shipping to:

  • Non-serviceable areas

  • High-risk locations

  • Addresses with repeated delivery failures

  • Suspicious or fraudulent orders


16. Changes to This Policy

INNMELA may update this Shipping Policy at any time. Changes become effective immediately upon posting on www.innmela.com.
